About Shipping and Payment
Orders usually arrive within 4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that shipping may take longer during holiday seasons. We appreciate your patience!
Your estimated delivery date is determined by adding the processing time to the shipping time:
Estimated Delivery Date = Processing Time + Shipping Time
We are offer free shipping on all orders.
Before you complete your purchase, please take a moment to double-check your shipping details. You’re responsible for making sure your address and apartment number are correct to avoid any delivery issues.
If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
While we are unable to cover the cost of a new product, we can offer you a discount on a replacement order. To avoid any issues, please ensure your shipping details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details within 1 to 5 days.

About Ordering Process
Shopping at Finora is easy! Simply click on the product you like, select your preferred color and size, and hit Add to Cart. From there, you can choose to View Cart or go straight to Checkout. Enter your shipping details, select a payment method, and complete your order.
We accept payments via PayPal. You can also pay securely using a credit card or debit card through PayPal.
If you want to cancel an order, please contact our support team via the Contact page.
To ensure fast order processing, all orders are confirmed for production 12 hours after being placed. You may only cancel or modify your order within the first 12 hours. After this period, your order will be locked for processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Problem with Order
- Contact Us – Send an email to support@finorashop.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details – Include proof of the issue (video or photos of the defective product) along with your order number.
- Await Response – Our support team will reply within 24 to 48 hours.
- No Need to Return – If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a refund or send a replacement—you don’t need to send the defective item back. Your feedback helps us improve our service!
If your product has a defect, please contact us via email with a detailed complaint.
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please provide video or photo proof of the defective product along with your order number.
- Once we review your request, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund—you do not need to return the defective item.

- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 1 business day.
